HEAD COACH: JOE LEE
Middlesex Head Coach Joe Lee is a highly respected English Squash player and coach, known for his technical precision, tactical intelligence and deep understanding of the game. A former top 30 PSA world-ranked player, Joe now focuses on developing players of all levels - helping them build strong foundations and cultivate mental toughness essential for high performance in squash. Members of MJS will get to train with Joe 6 times over the season, with additional weekly high performance sessions for our top juniors.

BRENDON MOUNTER
Brendon "Sizzla" Mounter, a retired teacher, has 31 years’ experience as a squash player. Brendon is an active player in the Middlesex leagues at the club and county levels in the open, veteran and vintage categories. Internationally, he has been an active representative for his native country, Guyana, year on year. His greatest achievement was being crowned Men’s O40 Champion in the Cayman Islands in 2009 and Men’s O50 Champion in Guyana in 2013.

IVY DIELTIENS
An avid club coach with 10 years experience, Ivy excels at development and nurturing young talent. From delivering school programs to coaching girls, Ivy’s enthusiasm has brought many people onto the court and enabled them to attain a better understanding of the game.
JUAN RAMILL
Juan has been delivering Middlesex junior programmes for us for several years and is a firm favourite amongst our players. When he's not on the court you can find him walking his dog
LUCAS CANNISTRACI
Lucas originates from Argentina where he reached the top 10 in Latin America. He is the founder of Accelerate squash which focuses on high performance in juniors, but also does school outreach and development.

MARCO
Marco started coaching in his twenties and a few years later started his first squash academy in Madeira. This brought several new players to squash and was promoted amongst the juniors in the region. He was president of the Madeira Squash Club and the Chair of the General Assembly of the Portuguese National Federation. Marco is now the coach at Parsons Green Sports club.
MARTIN SHIPPEY
Martin has been coaching squash since 2009 at various clubs and leisure centres in Central and West London. Martin has considerable experience in coaching juniors, right from picking up a racket to competing in inter-county competitions.

STEPHEN THOMPSON
Having graduated from Loughborough University with a joint honours degree in Mathematics & Sports Science, Stephen appreciates what is involved from the grassroots all the way up to what’s required to play at the top level. As a qualified Personal Trainer as well, he excels at strength and conditioning fitness too.

TONY MORRISON
Tony is the founder and Chair of Harrow Squash club which was established in 1998 through which many successful juniors have emerged.
Although a relative late comer to squash in his 30’s he has had a number of successes playing in World Masters events around the world.
He has extensive experience running participation and advanced team programmes.
ZEKI
Zeki is a squash coach and competitive player based at Paddington. He spent 10 years as a top 10 national junior player and continues to represent Middlesex in the Men's O35 category.
